Shepherd's Pie

Shepherd's Pie

Step 1

Ø Brown 1 lb hamburger in  large frying pan. Add salt to taste while browning.

Ø Add 1 cup water, ground garlic, onion salt, 2 beef bouillon cubes.

Ø In a small dish shake 1/4 cup cold water with 2 tbsp. four.

Ø Bring water in frying pan to a boil and add water and flour mixture.

Ø Turn down heat and let simmer until sauce is like gravy.

Step 2

Ø Peel 8-10 large potatoes, dice and boil in large pot until soft.

Ø Mash and add 1/2 cup milk and 2tbsps. butter.

Ø Mix in 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder and 2 tsp. powdered garlic.

Step 3

Ø Layer hamburger in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Ø Add corn kernels on top.

Ø Press down potatoes on top of corn layer.

Ø Grate marble cheese on top.

Ø Bake in oven at 400 ° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning.
