Cow Flaps


Cow Flaps (Chocolate Macroons)

½ cup             margarine

2 cups             sugar

6 tbsp.             cocoa

½ cup             milk

1 tsp.               vanilla

1 cup              coconut

2 cups             oats



Directions:


1.   In a large pot, melt margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk until boiling.

2.   Stir continually for 1 minute after boiling.

3.   Remove from heat.

4.   Add vanilla, coconut and oats. Mix well.

5.   Drop on buttered wax paper, dull side up.

6.   Cool to let harden.
